二、水电施工细节
(一)电路改造

3. 防水处理
- 卫生间、厨房、阳台等容易积水的区域必须做好防水处理。地面和墙面都要涂刷防水涂料,一般地面防水层厚度不小于 2 毫米,墙面防水层高度不低于 1800 毫米。防水施工完成后要进行闭水试验,时间不少于 24 小时,观察楼下对应位置有无渗漏。
三、泥瓦施工细节
(一)瓷砖铺贴
1. 基层处理
- 在铺贴瓷砖前,要对地面或墙面基层进行处理,确保基层平整、坚实、无空鼓。如果基层不平,会导致瓷砖铺贴后出现空鼓、脱落等问题。
2. 瓷砖选择
- 根据不同空间的使用功能和风格选择合适的瓷砖。例如,客厅可选择耐磨性好的抛光砖或抛釉砖;卫生间、厨房则适合使用防滑性能好的瓷砖。同时,要注意瓷砖的规格和颜色搭配,使整体效果协调美观。
3. 铺贴工艺
- 瓷砖铺贴时要注意留缝,一般墙砖缝宽 1 - 1.5 毫米,地砖缝宽 2 - 3 毫米,留缝是为了预防瓷砖热胀冷缩导致起鼓、开裂。铺贴过程中要保证瓷砖表面平整,可用靠尺检查平整度,误差不超过 2 毫米。
(二)石材安装
1. 石材挑选
- 选择质地均匀、无裂纹、色泽一致的石材。对于大理石等天然石材,要注意其放射性指标是否符合国家标准,以免对人体健康造成危害。
2. 安装固定
- 石材安装要牢固,可采用干挂或湿贴的方法。干挂法适用于大型石材幕墙等,安全性高;湿贴法常用于室内地面、墙面等部位。安装时要注意石材之间的拼接缝隙要均匀,可采用美缝剂进行处理,增加美观度和防水性。
四、木工施工细节
(一)材料选择
1. 板材质量
- 选用环保等级高的板材,如 E1 级或 E0 级的人造板材,减少甲醛等有害物质的释放。实木板材纹理自然、环保性好,但价格较高;人造板材性价比高,可根据需求选择。
2. 木材含水率
- 木材的含水率要控制在合理范围内,一般南方地区木材含水率不高于 15%,北方地区不高于 12%。含水率过高或过低都容易导致木材变形、开裂。
(二)制作工艺
1. 结构稳固
- 家具、门窗等木工制品的结构要稳固。例如,衣柜的框架要采用榫卯结构或金属连接件加固,门的合页、门锁安装要牢固,开关灵活。
2. 表面处理
- 木工制品的表面处理要光滑、平整。可采用喷漆、烤漆等方式,不仅美观,还能保护木材。在喷漆前要对木材表面进行打磨处理,去除毛刺和瑕疵,保证漆面质量。
五、油漆施工细节
(一)基层处理
1. 墙面修补
- 对墙面的孔洞、裂缝等进行修补,然后用砂纸打磨平整。对于不平整的墙面,要进行找平处理,可使用腻子粉批刮,一般批刮 2 - 3 遍,每遍间隔时间不少于 24 小时。
2. 清洁除尘
- 在涂刷油漆前,要对墙面进行彻底清洁,去除灰尘、油污等杂质,否则会影响油漆的附着力。可使用干净的湿布擦拭墙面,然后等待墙面完全干燥后再进行涂刷。
(二)涂刷工艺
1. 底漆涂刷
- 先涂刷底漆,底漆具有良好的附着力和抗碱性,能增强面漆的装饰效果和耐久性。底漆涂刷要均匀,一般涂刷 1 - 2 遍,每遍间隔时间约 2 - 4 小时。
2. 面漆涂刷
