The total transaction amount reached 43.95 billion yuan, setting a new record for the total land transaction price in the country. The total investment scale is huge and it has received high social attention.

9月5日,由中海地产、招商蛇口、徐汇城投、中旅投资联合体通过产交所获取徐汇东安城市更新项目股权(徐汇区C030301单元127b-24、125-31地块),总出让金额高达439.5亿,刷新全国涉宅用地出让总价纪录,总投资规模巨大,社会关注度极高。
