客餐厅分离,偏向一个飞机户型的产品,主要空间给到了主卧套房和客餐厅,实地看设计的也比较年轻化。

这一套是我个人比较喜欢的边厅户型,主卫也朝南,主卧2面采光,
299㎡,4房3卫,单价17.5万

这个户型基本是260㎡的放大版,客餐厅空间进一步放大,主卧套房的卫生间也摆在了南侧,舒适度提高。
377㎡,4房4卫,单价15.7万

这个西边套的价格很有意思,22套房,做到了15.7万的价格,远低于均价,核心原因还是东边套把景观价格拉高了之后,让这个西边套价格能走低非常多,属于性价比户型。
尺度感上377㎡也包含了保姆间,中厨西厨等全套配置。
400㎡,4房4卫,单价16.5万,同理的西边套,户型几乎完全相同,不赘述了,单价提升的逻辑就是所在的楼栋南侧更开阔一些。

下面是3个重头戏
482㎡,3号楼东边套,均价18.1万,基本属于5房5卫,从这里开始,4个卧室全部套房设计,自带卫生间。
户型北侧全部为动区,南侧为静区,分割的非常干净,用一个双开门作为家庭居住和生活的分界线,仪式感也很强。
北侧东侧看景观,高区视野无敌。

491㎡,户型非常接近,差距就是这个户型比482㎡多了一个类似「双主卧」的设计,有一个卧室朝东看景观,也算是主卧的配置,对于家里有老人一起住的体验可能会更好。

这个户型基本是260㎡的放大版,客餐厅空间进一步放大,主卧套房的卫生间也摆在了南侧,舒适度提高。
377㎡,4房4卫,单价15.7万

这个西边套的价格很有意思,22套房,做到了15.7万的价格,远低于均价,核心原因还是东边套把景观价格拉高了之后,让这个西边套价格能走低非常多,属于性价比户型。
尺度感上377㎡也包含了保姆间,中厨西厨等全套配置。
400㎡,4房4卫,单价16.5万,同理的西边套,户型几乎完全相同,不赘述了,单价提升的逻辑就是所在的楼栋南侧更开阔一些。
