Mortgage loans are not only available to property owners. Children themselves can also be the principal borrowers and use their parents' properties as collateral, thus not being subject to age restrictions.
抵押贷款并非只有产权人才能办理,子女自己也可以作为主贷人,拿父母的房产去抵押,这样就不受年龄限制。
If the parents must be the borrowers, the children need to be added as guarantors.
